The Executive meets at 5pm; the General Meeting begins at 6pm.

Elected Officers of CUPE Local 1698 attend Executive meetings 8 times per year. Trustees do not attend. Mileage is paid for your return trip to the meeting place, and parking is paid if applicable. Submit an Expense form to the Treasurer to claim your mileage. Use the CUPE Hours Claim Form to report the hours you’ve booked off of your regularly scheduled work day.

General Membership Meetings take place every second month, beginning with the AGM in March. Meetings are held as hybrids: in person at a library location, with the option to join by Zoom for those members who cannot come in person. Mileage is paid for your return trip if you carpool with another member, or, your trip is paid one-way if you drive yourself. Submit an Expense form to the Treasurer to claim your reimbursement.
