CUPE 1698 members connect with the public to help you use Fraser Valley Regional Library.
- We take care of all the libraries’ services, programs, and collections.
- We buy, process and distribute library materials, work with you to access everything you want to borrow, and help you find the information you need.
- We keep our networks running, including the library computers and printers that the public use, library Wi-Fi, and the systems that make borrowing possible.
- We create graphics, webpages, and social media promotions to keep the public aware of Fraser Valley Regional Library’s collections, services, and events.
- We move books, DVDs, CD Music and Playground items from library to library so that the public can pick up borrowing items at libraries near them.
- We make sure that qualified individuals can access library materials at home if they can’t get to the library, have a perceptual disability, or if you use a Seniors’ Resource Centre or another facility
- We meet you in the community and bring the library to you, Live and On Tour!
- We keep library finances running behind the scenes
We’re a part of your community, and we work hard to bring you the best that the library can offer.
